Ordering, processing and acceptance
Order acceptance is subject to availability and verification of payment and shipping details. We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order for shipment; until that point, we may cancel or limit quantities due to inventory discrepancies or other reasons.
Prices, taxes and shipping charges
Product prices include any stated taxes where required; applicable taxes and shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All amounts are shown in the store currency, CAD.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Our return policy allows customers to return eligible items within 30 days. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds for approved returns are processed to the original form of payment within 7 business days of our receipt and inspection. Some items are final sale and cannot be returned; these exceptions will be clearly listed at the time of purchase.
